Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it is just a 7-minute walk from the beach and steps away from the lively shopping street, where you’ll find plenty of shops to explore and enjoy.



Inside, the home is designed for comfort and enjoyment. Two spacious bedrooms feature plush double beds, and there’s an additional sofa bed in the living room. Please note that the sofa bed is not pre-made, but fresh linens are always available in the closet for your convenience. A crib is also provided for guests traveling with young children. While a stair lift offers some support to the upper floors, the house does have a few stairs and some doorways are not fully wheelchair accessible.



The living area is bright and inviting, with cozy seating and window screens that create a warm atmosphere for movie nights. Entertainment options include table tennis and a selection of classic board games, ensuring fun for everyone.
