Villa Topaz is a beautiful 1 Bedroom retreat with a salt water swimming pool and jetted plunge pool in Laem Set area in the south of the island. The villa is totally private and not overlooked, and is ideal for couples, where it provides a romantic and idyllic setting.

The villa is located within a quiet, rural area, providing 100% privacy, yet within an 8 minute drive you will find a wide range of beautiful restaurants and a lovely, local fishing village. Lamai's large and expansive beach is only a 10 minute drive.

The villa has a beautiful blend of living, with 2 Living and Dining areas, one is outdoor and the second one is indoor with air conditioning. Both of these areas have a large SMART TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There is a fully fitted Western style Kitchen, en-suite Bedroom with air conditioning, salt water swimming pool with a jetted seating area, Lotus pond with tropical fish and turtles, together with a barbecue and lush tropical garden.

Villa Topaz has been designed all on one level to make easy living accommodation for guests, providing a lovely, peaceful ambiance.

The villa's spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate large bathtub.

Outside there is the private 6.5 X 4.0 metre saltwater swimming pool, with added jetted seating area, sunbeds, parasol and a built-in outdoor gas barbecue located by the poolside.

Washing machine provided in the outdoor utility area, guest WC, and an outdoor rain shower by the pool. Private and secure parking. Fibre optic wifi provided throughout the villa.

Also 600 mtrs from the villa is Les Jardins De La Rhumerie Restaurant, set in a lovely garden and opens for breakfast, staying open from 9 until 21.00 hrs.

There is Lotus Superstore and the popular large food supermarket, Makro located in Lamai.

The villa is cleaned after every 3 nights, with also fresh bed linens and towels after every 3 nights, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. Small bottle of shower gel and shampoo provided for first night.

We can also assist you with the rental of a car or moped for your stay.

All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. There is no insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred.

It is the guests responsibility to ensure that they also have their own comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance, and appropriate driving documentation for Thailand.

All our vehicles will have a full tank of petrol for you. Please ensure that you return the vehicle at the end of your stay with a full tank.

No ‘off roading’ or driving in harsh terrain. The rental car is not to be driven off the island.

Nowhere on the island is more than 45 mins away. The villa is on the quieter part of the island and makes driving a more pleasurable experience.

Please note no additional guests other than those who have booked to stay at the villa, permitted to stay overnight.
