The property has a distinctive New York loft-inspired style that sets it apart from the typical tropical villa. Its double-height ceilings, open gallery level, bold artwork and expansive open-plan layout create a cool, contemporary character, while large windows and abundant natural light keep the space warm and welcoming. It blends the personality of an urban loft with the relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle of Koh Samui.

At the heart of the villa is the generous living area, with comfortable seating and plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together. Beside the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, providing everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area is ideal for family breakfasts and shared dinners. Outside, the cooking, barbecue and bar area offers another relaxed setting for preparing food and spending time together.

The villa opens onto a spacious furnished terrace surrounded by tropical greenery. Just steps away is the residence’s shared swimming pool, where guests can cool off and enjoy the peaceful garden setting. Please note that the swimming pool and surrounding pool area are shared with other residents and guests within the community and are not private to the villa.

All three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and balconies, giving every guest a comfortable personal space. The layout works particularly well for families, couples travelling together or groups of friends, offering privacy without separating guests from the villa’s main living areas. The master bedroom features a sunny balcony, while the additional bedrooms provide equally peaceful spaces in which to begin and end the day.

Guests have private use of the entire villa, including its bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, terraces, outdoor cooking space and laundry facilities. A guest washroom is also available in the common living area.

Mango Tree House is an independent corner villa with both community and direct road access, as well as dedicated on-site parking. Ramp access provides a convenient step-free route into the villa’s main level, although some bedrooms and areas are reached by stairs.

For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a backup generator, an especially useful feature on a tropical island where occasional power interruptions may occur. A garage and storage area provide additional practical space, particularly for longer stays.

The location makes it easy to enjoy Bophut without always needing to drive. Fisherman’s Village is approximately a 10-minute walk away, offering a wide selection of beachfront restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and massage salons, along with its popular night market. Guests can enjoy the energy and convenience of the village before returning to the quieter surroundings of the residence.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.

Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
