Zanzibar Villa is a modern style 3 bedroom villa; on a flat plot.
The rooms face to the pool on 2 sides - as you enter the property the spacious kitchen dining area is on the right - open to the pool terrace. Behind the kitchen is an enclosed living area, leading to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both accessible directly from the pool terrace and each has a large modern bathroom.

Guest Access

Guests may access the main villa and garden - the villa is suitable for children as there are no high balconies or terraces [children should be supervised at all times]
there is private parking in the carport or on the driveway.
the pool pump and tank room are restricted for maintenance staff only.

The Neighbourhood

The villa is located in a small village called Santi Thani Gardens. The road down to the ringroad is not steep - approx 500m to the nearest local shop, restaurants and ban tai beach

Getting Around

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the island or there are local truck taxis [Songtaew] running around the ringroad occasionally

Other Things to Note

the villa is self contained with private pool in a small quiet village community
there is a short walk to the beach and local shop and restaurants but a vehicle will allow guests to explore the many attractions and beaches of Samui.
Children must be supervised at all times as there is no barrier between the villa and pool
