Pool villa "Bua" is set in a peaceful tropical area on the south of the Island. This fully serviced villa is close too not 1, but 3 beautiful, natural, idyllic beaches. Leam sor beach(500 mtr),Put Tal beach (150 mtr) and Thong Krut beach( 300 mtr).

This new modern style pool villa has 190 square metres of living area. Named after our daughter, villa Baan "Bua" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for families,, friends, romancing couples or empty nesters.

The villa is fully serviced/cleaned daily. With a full bedding and towel change taking place every third day.

The bedrooms are all ensuite. . Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in either).These two bedrooms also feature their own private outdoor gardens.

The living room is open,with a 50 inch flat screen "SMART" tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages. Dvd player and dvds are provided. The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the salt water pool.

The kitchen is modern,fully equipped and includes your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer where you will find some local beers(chargeable) and of course well chilled glasses. There is a split level wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited drinking water is available.

The location is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area .Close to three beautiful,yet quiet beaches and the local village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has several international restaurants and bars, as well as traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.The village runs most of Samui's regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions. It also has a choice local minimarts/grocers .

We are happy to help you with any requests ,trips or excursions. Both Neaw and Stephen have each worked in five star resorts(management) for the last 20 years.And we have lived and worked on the island for the last 10. Our knowledge of what to do and where to go on the island is extensive.

We also have good knowledge of organising and hosting special events. And we are of course happy to help with event organisation(weddings etc) and logistics.Or we can simply give good tips if requested.
