Neighbors let their dogs run free all over the place, we don’t mind because we love dogs but big dogs coming up to you as you get out of your car might deter others who don’t like dogs. "

"Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak."

"Host was accessible before and during our stay. Home was easy to find, close to walk downtown, fish nearby streams, and condiments already in the home made cooking for the three of us a breeze.
