Welcome to our completely renovated and lovingly furnished vacation home—a true gem on the Rhine in Koblenz (56070). Here you’ll find stylish accommodations, a dreamlike location right on the river, and high-quality amenities with an eye for detail. Whether it’s a family vacation, a short getaway, or a business trip—our accommodations offer comfort, tranquility, and a special atmosphere.

Spanning 120 square meters of living space, you’ll find three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a closet. Two of the rooms feature new box-spring beds (1.80 m), direct views of the Rhine, and high-quality furnishings; one of them also has its own balcony with a TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable single bed (1.00 m). In the cozy living room, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Rhine from a large couch, while a Smart TV provides entertainment. From the balcony, you have a direct view of the garden and the river; a staircase leads directly from here into the greenery. A separate dining room with a large table that seats up to six people rounds out the living area.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle. Two bathrooms ensure comfort: one with a wheelchair-accessible rain shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a separate guest restroom.

The outdoor area invites you to linger: enjoy the garden with direct access to the Rhine, relax on the provided sun loungers, or use the adjacent bike and walking path for excursions. Two balconies—one of which offers a view of the Rhine—provide additional places to unwind. A private courtyard with parking directly in front of the house, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, board games, and art supplies for children round out the amenities.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, and fresh towels, bed linens, and basic supplies are provided. The minimum stay is three nights, and check-in is flexible via a key box. This is a non-smoking apartment, and there is a storage area for bicycles in the entryway. You’ll also find an information folder with tips on activities and sights in and around Koblenz. The living area is located on the mezzanine level.
