Guesthouse Koblenz Upper Floor for up to 7 People with Garden Access and Barbecue

This holiday apartment (approx. 95 sqm) is located on the first floor of a house with a total of three holiday apartments. It features a living room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms, a shower room with WC, and a large eat-in kitchen with adjoining utility room.



Both bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. In one of the bedrooms, it is possible to add an extra bed. The living room contains two sofa beds with slatted frames and high-quality mattresses, so this room can also be used as an additional bedroom. From the living room, you have access to a private balcony with comfortable wicker chairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric stove with extractor hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery. The large dining table seats up to eight people. In the adjoining utility room, you have an iron and ironing board at your disposal.



In the basement of the house, there is a washing machine for communal use. Another washing machine is available in the apartment’s laundry room. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee.



The spacious garden with sunbathing lawn, large terrace with dining area, and permanent barbecue area is available to all guests of the house. Parking spaces on the property can be reserved on request and for a fee.



All holiday apartments are non-smoking. Dogs are allowed on request and for a fee.
