"Awful communication from the host and whoever is on their team.
They were rude and unhelpful.
The room was not fully clean.
All silverware was dirty and sticky.
The room also had a thermostat that could not be adjusted so it was 27° inside and too uncomfortable to get good rest.
Never again!"

"The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. It honestly felt like they only changed the bed linens and didn't clean anything else. The balcony was unusable because it was covered in old dirt and grime. The chairs and the kitchen table were so dirty that we couldn't use them. There were also dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher, and they smelled awful. It's a real shame because the apartment has great potential thanks...

"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key.
Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste...

"This is a great accommodation. Where we had issue was the listing says it is the ENTIRE HOME. This is a shared space and not all private. The listing needs corrected. We do not rent shared spaces because of privacy. Except for this it was a good place."

La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y caminando puedes ir a muchos lugares. Si vas a San Galo este lugar es perfecto para quedarte, definitivamente me hospedaría de nuevo ahí.
Es como se ve en las fotos, incluso mejor."

"L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino all'uscita per la zona dell' Appenzell ma anche vicino al centro.
Tutto era molto pulito e in ordine, dentro casa c'è tutto: phon, pentole, padelle, calici per il vino, lavastoviglie, detersivi, forno,macchina del caffè con capsule......
L'unico punto sfavorevole è che non è sempre facile trovare parcheggio...ma nom è stato un grande problema."
