"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"I enjoyed my stay at Copa. The staff was very good and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well but it was a bit difficult to actually set a temperature or a fan speed. My only minor complaint was lack of hot water. I was there for 3 days and only had hot water for 1 day. It was not cold and I have come to expect this in Thailand. Overall a very good stay and I plan to return again."
