"We booked this hotel for six nights and checked out after one night, forfeiting nearly $1,000 in non-refundable charges in order to salvage our family vacation. We made the decision within an hour of arriving. Positives first: the rooms are actually decent for a 3-star, and the front desk staff are gracious. "Loved this resort. We only stayed for 3 days but the room was lovely with high ceilings and came with a bunk bed which was perfect for the kids. The family enjoyed the pool and the beach was lovely, very private although some litter washed up,but that’s Thailand.
Would highly recommend this hotel."
