"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "

"What a great place. Totally quiet. Didn’t hear a sound while I was in my room for 5 days. A/C worked great. All furniture was new, old school style but newly made. The location can’t be beat. How wasted was great. Water pressure was super strong. Internet was very fast. Best value for the money in Patong. "

"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "
