"The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use. "My stay was lovely, really liked the island and the hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was nice and simple. I did think the food in the hotel was a bit too expensive (like a la carte menu) and not as nice as it could be and was a bit annoying that they dont let us take the food into the bedroom. "Location is ideal, on a beautiful bay/beach. Short walk to restaurants and bars (low key). We had a beachfront villa- highly recommended. The villas are well equipped with a huge shower but are a bit tired around the edges (as it seems a lot of resorts are in Koh Kood). The staff are excellent and very helpful. "Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious...

"Beautiful resort next to the beach. Everything is of high quality; from the rooms, breakfast (buffet style), amenities, to the pool and surrounding area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. "Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel tout juste ouvert ! En trois mois de voyage nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'au survival. Un service 5 étoiles pendant nos séjours de 3 nuits. C'était une expérience très réussie de dormir dans des tentes Super bien équipées (très bonne litterie, climatisation...).
