This 3 bedroom villa with Tuscan looks has amazing panoramic day time & sunset sea views over the beautiful Andaman Sea. The view is dotted with various islands, including the famous islands of Koh Phi Phi cast differently in the ever-changing light unique to this spectacular part of Thailand.

The views are completely uninterrupted, giving more than 180 degrees of panoramic sea views. Renting this house gives you great privacy just a few minutes from local conveniences and Long Beach.

The house is all on one level in a safe area, and is well equipped with modern conveniences – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen plus living and dining areas. On top of that, there is an outdoor swimming pool. Wifi is also provided.

Perfect for a group of up to 6 adults, the house has a nice cozy atmosphere with plenty of areas to relax – on the comfortable sofa in the living area, outside on the outdoor seating area, or lounging around by the pool.

The local area of Phra Ae / Long Beach is 1500m walk away, with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops not far away. From there, the beach is only 100m further (Long Beach). You dont need to rent a vehicle while staying in this Koh Lanta villa, but due to the walking distance to local conveniences, it would make your stay much more convenient if you do rent scooters or a car. If you want to explore Koh Lanta for a few days, vehicle rental is definitely recommended

Bedroom
All 3 bedrooms have double bed plus air conditioning, fan & wardrobe in each room. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, plus flat screen TV and a safety box. 2 bedrooms have seaview, one has pool view

Bathroom
The 2 bathrooms in this Koh Lanta villa are fitted to western standards. One bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom, the other is shared between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms

Dining
This house is all about the view, and the covered outdoor dining area (seats 6) allows you to enjoy those views while enjoying your meal, morning coffee or sunset cocktail!

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need to prepare a meal. Worktops give plenty of space for food preparation, plus oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker, plus water cooler

Living
In the living area is a large comfortable sofa, plus flat screen TV, with sports, movies, news and documentary channels all provided

Outside
There is a large outdoor area, which has a swimming pool and seating area. Part of the terrace is covered, and has ceiling fans to cool you off in the heat of the day.

PLEASE NOTE: although there is a jacuzzi in these pictures, it is not functional and so not available for use. In the future it will be covered over and used as a dining area
