"Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot. Aside from those two points, the hotel has a good structure, excellent breakfast, and great room service and internal transportation. I recommend it."

The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. And the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a vast array of options to satisfy every palate. Inside the hotel, there's also a Starbucks and a Let's Relax Spa, which I highly recommend for the traditional Thai massage – one of the best I've ever had"
