"Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot.
