"Viajámos no meio de dezembro/18 e ao escolher o quarto optámos por pagar mais e ficar num quarto em promoção com piscina privada. Quando chegámos ao hotel percebemos porquê, o edificio onde ficava o quarto estava em obras, estando apenas parte dele disponivel. FIcámos instalados num 3º andar sem elevador e com obras a decorrer das 8h às 17h mesmo ao lado do quarto. "The cable car was out of service, so they had to use golf carts instead. This caused long waiting times when it was busy. The TV in our room wasn't working. We called reception, someone came to fix it, but it still didn't work properly afterwards. The toilet was faulty and barely flushed. They forgot to release the credit card hold when we checked out. "The room was first class and the hotel is absolutely wonderful! The spa treatment was superb and all of the staff were fantastic! The pool was great and the view from the redo was amazing! Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Koh Chang!! "
