"Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had."

"Bill and Robin were welcoming hosts and their puppy Maui. We loved the deck by the river and all of the accommodations if we wanted to kayak, perhaps next time. It was quiet and peaceful and I loved the books and decor. I mostly caught up on sleep but if I had a few more days I would have read. "

"Riverbend was the perfect place to host a women’s retreat! The property is gorgeous, spacious and private. It was the perfect place for our guests to pause and disconnect. "This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. "Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. "We had a wonderful stay at Gruner Bungalow! There were 12 of us celebrating our father's 85th birthday. The house was amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy time together and plenty of well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The property manager recommended a chef that we had come in which was amazing. The pool and grilling area were awesome. The staff at the winery were so nice.
