"The place was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. It is not so much a hideaway, as it it located in a small community, but it is on a hilltop with a lovely view in the distance. Regardless, we were grateful to find an acceptable and affordable place when our camping plans were threatened by weather. The hosts left great instructions as well as information about the surrounding area. We took their suggestion and visited Roost for dinner. You will not go wrong choosing the Hilltop...

"The house was as expected and worked out well. The screened in porch was very cozy. We spent time at the creek with our dogs, made a fire for some s'mores. The location was nice for walking. We walked to the Sunflower field down the road and cut some. We visited Colton Point State Park twice, nice walks. The house was clean and nice decorated. We did one of the puzzles that was there. We packed lots of food, so dining out wasn't necessary, but there were options. Definitely would stay again."

"At first i was a little skeptical however it was just what we needed. other than hearing occasional traffic it was a very peaceful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, We walked around the corner and stopped at the general store for ice cream and it was great at a reasonable cost. The owners were very nice people and we talked awhile"

"This is our third time staying at Sky High Chalet. My family and I look forward to staying at this clean, comfortable and beautiful house, every year. We never get tired of the amazing views. The property is private and seems like it is remote, yet the house is located just a couple of miles from Wellsboro. Christina is a wonderful host and very responsive to her guest’s needs.
