"The lights and the TV in the bedroom weren't working. Also they definitely didn't specify how the room was handicap accessible. All the door would slam closed to getting a wheelchair in and out of the room was extremely hard to do. I told the front seat about the lighting issue and they had matinence come up and he just changed a light bulb. Definitely didn't fix it."

"Please do not stay here! It's Janky. My husband and I stayed there four days and in those four days we did not get clean towels or maid service in the room."

"Need to have more breakfast items. A coffee machine that works"

The rooms have no fridge & no microwave. There are seedy guests loitering around outside yelling at each other, who all seem to know each other because it appears they live there. Trash was...

"The room was clean and the staff was nice"

"Ótima relação custo benefício, Hotel limpo, camas confortaveis, ao lado da Rodovia e próximo de mercados."
