You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $35 management fee included in the transaction for your stay.

PETS/ANIMALS: No pets are allowed at our rental.

HOUSE RULES: By staying at our home, you are agreeing to all house rules including pets, unregistered guests, events, etc. We are happy to share our home with guests who are respectful of our home.

EVENTS/UNREGISTERED GUESTS: We do not allow any unregistered guests or unapproved visitors at our home. If you plan to have anyone onsite that is not included in your reservation, please contact us immediately. Additional guests are subject to additional guest fees. Events or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

MAX OCCUPANCY: This home can comfortably accommodate 4 guests only.

NOISE: This home is located downtown so you can expect to hear noise from the highway including normal traffic sounds.

NON-SMOKING: Smoking/vaping of any kind is not permitted in home or on property.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLAIMER: There is one security camera located at the exterior of the home for security purposes. A Ring doorbell located at the front entry. Cameras record audio and visual. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home. All cameras are in adherence to VRBO's security camera policy.
