You’ll enjoy comfortable beds with fresh, high-quality linens and a calm atmosphere that helps you truly unwind. One of the best features is the location. We are just 4 minutes from Interstate 40 Exit 398. No long detours or heavy traffic, just quick, convenient access. Within 3 minutes you’ll find everything you need: restaurants like Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant, Aubrey’s, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, Shagbark Barbecue, plus plenty of quick bites including McDonald’s, Subway, Taco Bell, and many more. There’s also a Dollar General nearby for groceries, fresh produce, milk, snacks, cleaning supplies, and everyday essentials. From here, you can easily explore East Tennessee. Downtown Knoxville and the zoo are about 15 minutes away, the University of Tennessee about 20 minutes, and Dollywood and Pigeon Forge around 40 minutes. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains are less than an hour. We want every guest to feel as comfortable as we do in our own home.
