The Space
Our one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a spacious king bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with quality linens, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Knoxville. The living area includes a queen pullout sofa, allowing the apartment to sleep up to four guests comfortably.

The modern, loft-style interior offers an inviting atmosphere with an open layout designed for both relaxation and convenience. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and access to in-unit or on-site laundry facilities.
One of the best features of this apartment is its location. Market Square, Gay Street, the Old City, the University of Tennessee, local venues, restaurants, bars, and riverfront trails are all within easy walking distance.

Guests also have access to the on-site fitness center, making it easy to maintain your workout routine while traveling.

Guest Access
Guests receive a unique access code prior to arrival for convenient self-check-in. Your code will be active only during your reservation dates for added security.
No physical keys are required. Simply use the provided code to access the building and apartment. If you experience any issues during check-in, assistance is available through the app.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that all guests meet a few simple requirements.
A valid government-issued ID must be associated with your reservation. Please let us know what brings you to Knoxville when booking, whether it's business, leisure, an event, or visiting family and friends. We also require a clear profile photo on your account.
Please review the House Manual before arrival for important information regarding check-in, parking, building access, and house rules.
For planning purposes, no refunds will be issued after 6:00 PM on the day of check-in.
