The Ponderosa features four stunning and unique log cabins on a private, pristine 16-acre gated property of woods and hayfields located 15 minutes to UTK/Neyland Stadium/Knoxville, and 45 minutes to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/Great Smoky Mt. Nat'l Park. The Ponderosa is perfect for family reunions, retreats, and celebrations, where everyone can hang out together and still enjoy quiet places to relax in your private cabin. Sleeps 31 guests in 22 beds and pullouts. Each cabin is unique, each with a private kitchen and hot tub. BBQ pavilion for grilling and gathering. There are so many activities to do right on the property, such as a pool table, a wet/dry sauna, a wet bar with TV and foosball, multiple arcade games, Bass fishing, horseshoes, cornhole, tetherball, basketball, and trails. Use the Ponderosa as a base for exploring TN. Does Uncle Ned want to bring his RV? We allow RV camping on a case-by-case basis.

We have a total of 11 bedrooms, 22 beds and pullouts, and 10 bathrooms on a private 16-acre gated compound near UTK and downtown Knoxville, and only 45 minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood. This spacious estate offers the perfect retreat from bustling crowds with its rustic design, high-end comforts, fun amenities, and scenic outdoors!

These modern-rustic log cabin getaways sit on a majestic 16-acre property with rolling hills, a forest area with walking trails, hayfields, and a Bass fishing pond with a fountain and dock as a central focal point. The four cabins are all within 100 meters of the pond.

The Cabins:

Big Ponderosa Cabin's 3500+ sq. ft. is built around a massive 3-story basement-to-roof rock fireplace with three cozy electric fireplaces. It offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 10 guests in 4 comfy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Its modern layout, exceptional spaces, and entertaining amenities will provide the relaxation and convenience you seek while visiting Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains. This cabin is the nicest in Knoxville.

You’ll discover the rejuvenating sauna and the yoga sunroom, creating a zen oasis that will melt all the stress away! Guests who like a more active form of entertainment will enjoy the game room with the wet bar, the perfect oasis to watch the big game, or a few rounds at the foosball table or arcade with 60 classic games like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Galaga, Mappy, and all your favorites!

The stunning interior extends to the intimate porch, overlooking the awesome catch-and-release Bass pond, yard with a luxury hot tub, magical fire pit, huge dining pavilion, and an array of vibrant colors, among which you can catch a glimpse of Tennessee wildlife.

Little Ponderosa Cabin is our 2 BR, 2 BA, 1200 sq. ft. charmer that sleeps 5, with its upstairs bedroom loft overlooking the living room. It has our family's favorite porch overlooking the barn and hayfield... the perfect morning coffee spot.

Step outside to enjoy the huge deck, rocking chairs, and swing to relax after a busy day exploring, or soak in the private hot tub outside on the patio in the woods.

Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy the spacious property, trails, and 5-acre off-leash hayfield while you relax in the luxury hot tub. Please get in touch with us before you book so we can approve your pets.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. This even encompasses changing and washing all comforters, pillows, throw blankets, etc.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabins, on decks, or in hot tubs! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Please treat our cabins as your own to keep their pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Gatherings with additional visitors on the property must be approved.
