"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"Lovely property, plenty of room with 15 people you don’t feel like your on top of each other. Location to the beach is a go skip and jump away. Kitchen is nicely equipped and if bringing a little one, there are hates, high chair, pack n play so don’t load it up! Owner was very responsive! "

"Our large extended family had a wonderful vacation at Pine Island! "The Salty Anchor was as advertised. Spectacular ocean views from the deck. The house had everything needed for a long stay and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of things to do in the house like playing pool, games and puzzles. The horses showed up 3 days when the weather was nice. "The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area.
