Large modern holiday home with an open floor plan and space to gather not just one but two families! With a total of seven bedrooms divided into two floors, there is plenty of space for everyone and the whole house is heated with environmentally friendly geothermal heat. You have access to a large and well-equipped kitchen with the adjoining dining room where you can buy firewood from the owner and fire in the fireplace on cooler days. The house has several large terraces and a large balcony upstairs. The terraces are equipped with high quality outdoor furniture and you have access to a barbecue and an outdoor stove. In the holiday home there is also playground equipment such as a sandpit and swings.



The adjacent hydropower plant invites you to set the table for special dinners and the large terrace is framed with a fence and perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the pond. Here you also have access to a rowing boat that is included and it may also be possible to arrange an extra rowing boat on request.



Things to see and do in Knäred and the surrounding area

There are many nice hiking trails around the house and you will find the beautiful Flammafallet only about 900 meters away. Fishing can be done in Knäred about 3 km away and then you also have the exciting salmon fishing in Laholm! Maybe a dip in the sea is on your wishlist? Then a trip to Mellbystrand can be a suitable alternative and also take the opportunity to check out shops and restaurants in Laholm along the way.
