"Came for two nights and the room we were first in was clean but very tired and the TV didn’t work but we arrived late so were grateful for somewhere to rest our heads. We were moved to a different room for our next night and the A/C was broken but we had a working TV. I’m not sure we would stay here again but couldn’t fault the staff. The decor and amenities just need a bit of a sort out."

"Easy check in clean room I asked for a room with a plug socket next to the bed and to be fair they gave me one so it was my second stay in 3 weeks and excellent all around whenever I go back to Leicster I’m going back to best western Oadby "

"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. "The whole unit was exactly as described and expected. Self contained with kettle, fridge and microwave(bonus!). Lovely quiet village area. Very comfortable bed and great ensuite bathroom with excellent and powerful shower cubicle. An optional help yourself breakfast facility is a new concept which we didnt use this time, but thought a great idea. We would definitely stay again as the price is very competitive. One small suggestion would be for a choice of some deeper pillows maybe?"
