Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. "This is a cool house; the family agrees. It was built in 1912, reminded me of the movie Sunset Boulevard so old and it show it in places. Part of the charm. One reviewer noted a musty smell.
