"the hotel is "fine", but not worth the price nor the title. the staff makes a big effort to please and I am thankfull to them, but the place is absolutely not worth the price. there are much better places to stay in Koh Chang at a fraction of this price. the hotel is badly mantained and very very old instalations (very "used"); there is no beach, the gardens are not mantained and the transfer to Kho white Beaches happens only 4 times a day with last one at 19:00..."

The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed a nice walk around the grounds that are well kept and beautiful. We we're recommend to stay her by friends, we will be sure to recommend to anyone.wish we could have stayed...
