"The hotel is wonderful, very modern and it feels new. The people who work there were also amazing, whether it was at the front desk or at the restaurant, we were very pleased. If you're not comfortable with sharing an open bathroom with your roommate, maybe you should choose a different hotel. The toilet is in a separate space but the shower/bathtub are in the middle of the room so there is no separation. The main negative thing: the walls are paper thin. "Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. "

"Great stay for the 81st Market Garden commemorations. Room was very nice. Only slight issue was the elevator, which we neede to use as my wife is in a wheelchair. First is is very small, and second, the closing pring on the ground floor door was very weak, and often when coming down, I had to walk down the stairs to close the door before it would move. Staff were great."
