"Das Hotel ist neu, und das merkt man hier und da schon. Gewisse Abläufe funktionieren noch nicht so. Das ist aber normal. Der Aufenthalt dort war aber trotzdem super, würde sofort wiederkommen. Super nettes Personal, eine traditionelle Küche, mit internationalem Flair. Der Pool gefiel sehr gut und die Strandnähe war top und wir hatten immer genügend Platz. Super Hotel!"

Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Hawkers are at the beach 24/7 and come onto the hotel property to harass guests. Management refuse to intervene and when asking for assistance they say it is normal to be harassed and you asked for it by staying there. "Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!"
