The villa is located on the outskirts of Fieberbrunn in the Pfaffenschwendt neighborhood. Across the street is a train station and a bus stop for the ski bus and regional bus. The mountain railway leading to the Fieberbrunn-Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area is about a 5-minute drive away. Behind the house is a bike path with additional walking and hiking trails. Pets are allowed, and there is an additional charge of 20 per day per pet.
You have free admission every day to the Aubad, including free sauna access, or to Lauchsee in Fieberbrunn
