Pet Policy:
- $150 Non Refundable Pet Fee Required
- 2 Dog Max (no other animals permitted)
- Dog must be fully cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Dogs must be monitored outside at all times as our yard is not fully fenced
- Additional Fees May Apply (mess and/or damages)

Back Yard Policy:
- No glass of any kind permitted in the back yard
- Animals and children must be under adult supervision at all time! The back yard is waterfront and is not fully fenced!
- Fire-pit must always be attended when lit and is not permitted to be used on windy days (if you are unsure please ask us first)
- We do have a security camera overlooking the back yard

Security Cameras:
- 1 overlooking the back yard
- 1 overlooking the driveway/entry

House Rules:
- Rental Agreement will need to be signed
- Refundable Security Deposit Required
- 10 guest max
- no smoking of any kind permitted
- no parties of any kind
- quite hours are between 10pm and 8am
- please be mindful and respectful of neighbors
