"We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay."

"Absolutely loved staying here! I would recommend it highly. The location is wonderful and it really feels like you're at home. The condo is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the host is just a message away (and prompt to respond). We were set to leave and I just wasn't ready, so I messaged them, and it just so happened no one was booked for the next day and they let me extend! The washer & dryer are very nice and clean, they are coin-op so remember to bring a roll of quarters if you're planning...

Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. "I’ve stayed in this unit a few times and I love it! The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants, right on the beach and includes pool access in case you’re not a big ocean swimmer. Highly recommend. "

"From the minute we booked we knew that Tracey and David were fantastic hosts! They were quick to respond to any questions and communications were timely and clear. We were able to arrive early before check in time and Tracey graciously gave us early access to the condo. The condo was incredibly clean and very well stocked. "The unit was in a great location with beautiful views on two sides due to it being an end unit. It was well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. While the top floor location made for great views the only drawback was the many flights of stairs to the unit. "

"This was a great little condo! Great communication with host and such an easy check in process. The only downside for us with small kids is that you do have to cross the main road to get to the beach, but everything about the condo itself was fantastic. We ended up driving down to the first public beach access in Corolla and parking there, which worked fine! "
