"Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue."

"The property was perfect for our stay! My little Rex loved the dog trail and the owner was very welcoming. The muffins were yummy! I would definitely stay here again and just might as I’m thinking of planning another trip to Maine soon! Lovely place and close to everything. "

"Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided. "

"Room was nice, clean, the heat seemed to be controlled , we we're a bit cold. Thought the property was non smoking yet the people above us were smoking " something " and made it difficult to keep our screen open. Waking up wasn't fun as the same people upstairs we're blasting music early in the morning until they checked out. Overall would recommend this place"
