"The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness."

"The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!"

"dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed at under a Wyndham property, dirt balls beside the chair next to the wall, not vacuumed in a while, tub faucet stuck on shower so you had to adjust shower with it running, white shower curtain with dark stains on it, door to room needs repair wont close without turning handle and pulling hard. a definite lack of cleaning and maintenance. Suggest staying somewhere other than the Ramada by Wyndham."

"The good…air conditioner and wifi worked. The bad…bathroom was tiny with the shower and toilet…black mold was visible above the shower due to the small room and improper ventilation. Shower drain was definitely backed up as it didn’t drain properly. The fridge wasn’t on and had no way of being plugged in, it smelled like food had previously spoiled. I had to throw my food away because I couldn’t cool it in the fridge. Microwave wasn’t plugged in either. There was a coffee maker with no cups. The...

"While our beds appeared to be clean, the hotel itself was pretty worn. The bathroom had a noticeable hole in the ceiling over the shower surrounded by what appeared to be some sort of black mold. We checked in after midnight and left early the next morning. We did not use the shower for this reason. Had we not been exhausted when we arrived, we would have requested a different room."
