Larnaca Holiday Villa Marisol is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom detached property with large private pool and garden located in a quiet area of Kiti about 5 minutes' drive from the beach and walking distance to all amenities and the centre of Kiti Village.



The ground floor is a large modern kitchen with all modern appliances, breakfast bar and a separate utility-kitchenete room, dining area, two living rooms with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a guest toilet. On the same floor there is the first double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the top floor the villa features two spacious bedrooms all equipped with comfortable double beds a family bathroom, a laundry room and large master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.



The outside area offers a large private pool and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, dining table with chairs and a state of the art BBQ.

Mackenzie Beach is about 10min drive and Larnaca city centre are about 15 minutes'drive. With Ayia Napa and Nicosia about 40 minutes and Limassol about 30minutes drvive make this a very conveninet location to enjoy the region of Larnaca but also to explore the rest of the island.



The Kit-Faros-Pervolia promenarde offers a long strech of beach starting from the west site of Larnaca Airport. Along this beach you can find many organised beaches with all the facilities, watersports restaurants, cafes and much more.

East meets West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he resurrected from the dead.



The Mountainous Area of Lanaka (Larnaca), is dotted with charming villages with welcoming locals. The listed village of Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of producing wonderful handicrafts such as filigree silverware and a traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth, which he donated to Milan cathedral.



Amongst archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.



The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic view over the surrounding area.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
