This house is large enough to host 11 guests at a time.

The Living Room has a smart TV and the whole house has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay.

The home features a spacious backyard with mature trees, perfect for relaxing outdoors, and is just a 2-minute walk to Catalyst—ideal for working in a professional space or enjoying the nearby playground with kids.

The house is conveniently located five min drive from the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicenter of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists where you can explore 92 retail shops, 57 restaurants, and 16 entertainment venues within a ten minute drive.

Parking:
There is on-site free private parking spots on the property driveway
Municipal surface lots in the area are free after 5 p.m. and all-day on weekends and there are free on-Street Parking free two-hour.

ID Requirement: To confirm your booking, we require a copy of a government-issued ID from the primary guest.

Security: For your security and ours, the property is monitored by exterior cameras facing away from the home (at the front door and overlooking the entrance). These record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property.


Property Access:
• You’ll receive a secure access code for convenient entry to the property throughout your stay.

Additional services:
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

* To ensure a smooth turnover and minimize waste, bedding and linens are provided based on the specific number of guests included in your reservation.

* Planning a longer stay? For bookings of 7+ days, we provide a waffle maker along with all the ingredients and our favorite recipe so you can enjoy a homemade Saturday breakfast on us!

Kitchener Farmers’ Market: Just a short drive/transit ride away. Open Saturdays (7 am – 2 pm) for fresh local produce and international cuisine in the upper food hall.

St. Jacob Farmers market is only 15 min drive if you feel more adventurous.
