Enjoyed the home it was beautiful. They do need to stock it better with trash cans in the kitchen and baths.and kitchen towels. Also need the front door keypad fixed

I can’t rate this place because your Contractor, Vacasa cancelled our fully paid reservation one week before we left for Florida. We got our money back but nothing for the miserable time we had trying find another place to rent. Last year you cancelled us 1 day before we were supposed to occupy the property we rented from you. I don’t know why I tried to rent from you again this year after last years experience. I will report you this year to the BBB in Detroit Area for your poor practices. By the way, if you want to help me, why don’t you refund me the fees you charged me for the places I rented from you and never occupied. I think they amounted to over $600.

This was a last minute booking, overall the property served its purpose and we had a lot of fun. It could use some TLC. The cleanliness could have used some work, one of the first things we noticed when we walked in was a huge what looked like a vomit stain on the master bedroom box springs that was in plain sight when we walked in. The smoke detector in the living room was removed and only wires hanging and the smoke detector in the queen bedroom was hanging down by the wires. The pool could have used a cleaning and the pool light was not working. The trash in the outside cans were piled up when we got there and we had very little room to put our trash in them. The kitchen was not equipped with any large pots and no baking sheets, we had to go out and buy some so make sure to bring some with you to this house. One of the burners on the stove was not working but the others were just fine. Again, overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some things that could use some TLC.

So Disappointed

From the time we arrived with the codes not working properly, the house was dirty, beds unmade, no tissue, a/c not working, oven didn’t work properly, garbage was already full, pool didn’t light up or heat up or anything, I could go on and on. Service man for a/c couldn’t come out because of the holiday and when he did get there the next day he fixed it and it broke again. We had to purchase box fans among other things. I’m just really not satisfied with how this beautiful home was not up to expectations. All n all, my kids really enjoyed swimming daily and the location was perfect for our trip to Disney World.. It was a very nice home but it needs to be properly managed

The property is a well used rental and could use some updates. We didn’t have an updated gate code so had trouble getting in. The oven didn’t work but we were given a generous refund. The trash and recycling hadn’t been taken out in a while. There were a few dirty towels left in place as fresh ones. The pool needed cleaning which they took care of. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and it was a very inexpensive place to stay.

Great experience!!!

I loved to stay in this house. very clean. They give you towels and has everything you need if you are going to cook. Area is very quiet.

not kept up to date or cleaned very well

the pool was discusting there was mold and mildew all along the patio,the pool had algae all over the bottom. the game room had not been cleaned at all there was dirt all over the floor,a rip in the pool table ,no darts for the dart board,no hockey puck for the table, and several things including clothes left from previous renters. the stove did not work properly.when we arrived the trash and recycle were full we only added 3 bags of trash and when we put it out received a notice they wanted to charge us extra. one of the bedroom dressers every time you opened it the knobs would fall off.

Easy location, close to everything and great for a girls weekend!

The house was great and worked well for our group. Only suggestions...fix the ice maker (it doesn’t work), and power was the lanai..... Other furniture and appliances were great!!!

Perfect Home

Home away from away in reality..I loved the house..had some issues when I got there and management took care of it in less then 24 hours...I would definetly come back again..the only negative we experience was the pool was a little dirty but other than that the house was perfect.

Needs a lot more property management.

Actually worth the cost- it was quit and convenient. The house was filled with small little ants crawling all over the kitchen and baths. Lights were out on the bedroom and they didn’t provide any salt and pepper I called about the ants and the lights and for a follow up call but no one ever came to fix the issues. After 6 days my granddaughter found the laundry detergent pods left on the floor in the utility area. I have stayed at rental homes for the past 12 years and this is as the most poorly stocked and I’ll prepared house we have been to.

Outstanding

This property was very clean and was everything that I expected. Definitely a home away from home. They have wonderful customer service as well. Had a minor home repair issue and they were able to get someone out to fix the problems within an hour. I Definitely plan to go back and I highly recommend this home.

Nice getaway location!

I am a travel agent and my stay at this location was nice. I will start with the negative and end with the positive. There weren't any wash cloths. Only medium and large towels. The living room furniture looks nice to the eye but clearly has been around for a while. Due to the back/side of the sofa had nail/staples sticking out due to the sofa was little detached. As far as sitting it was comfortable. The screen door to the pool wouldn't stay on track(no biggie) and we noticed sweet ants in the kitchen after cooking and letting any additional food sit on the stove the ants came out, Other than that we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were nice. I liked that they had 3 full baths and two of the rooms was connected to the bathroom. The master room of course had its own bathroom. The other room ,the bathroom was right outside the door of the bathroom which was nice and convenient. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. I also loved the brand new complimentary playing cards, and wine opener. This will also be a great stay in the summer because it has it own pool as well. The neighborhood was nice as well. It had the home away from home feel. I will recommend the property in the future. If you are looking for like a 5 star location, this will not be the place. However if you are looking for somewhere nice and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably in a nice neighborhood this location will be perfect.
