NOW, Welcome to my exquisite 5 bedroom vacation villa. This home sits on a beautiful lake with a fountain. Great for relaxing and putting your mind at rest.This home is brand newly restored as of February 2017. Luxurious and exquisite decors along with its digital entertainment provides ease to our visitors. You will be having fun in no time with peace of mind. Less than 30 min from all Major attractions. All Disney Theme Parks, Gator Land, Lego Land Just to name a few.This vacation home includes the following amenities:

The host welcomed us with cupcakes, chocolate covered straw berries, drinks, salad, and other complementary treats! We loved the location! It was far enough from all the heavy traffic that a trip to Walmart was easy and on the way to the home from the parks. It is in a gated community so safe and secure. All of the beds were comfortable and clean! The soaker tub was nice after a long day in the parks and the showers were great as well. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The heated pool was a hit with the kids! Overall it was a great stay and we plan to come stay again!

They had just insatalled a new hot water heater, we noticed there wasn't any hot water, the maintenance man came over at 6:30 on a Saturday night and we were back in business.

This house is amazing and just as described. The host is very friendly and does everything to make your stay as amazing as possible. The house is spacious and the kitchen is so well equipped as if it was your own. Would recommend it anytime.

I recently rented this home for the very first time, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I inquired, the process was seamless and stress-free. The property itself exceeded all my expectations— clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need.The location is perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience, with easy access to local shops, dining, and attractions. It was so nice that our host provided some healthy foods and also cereal and snacks upon our arrival-'this was much appreciated after a long trip! Great game room, pool, well equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, and even paper products, spices, and detergents/cleaning items so we did not have to purchase that. Two refrigerators were helpful and coffee wad provided. The host was responsive and overall we had a very good experience!! Would recommend!!

Hands down best vacation home we have stayed in as family. Roomy..enough space for everyone!! Grandkids loved the Big tub as they called it...easy no fighting bath time. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio lenai. The little goodies that were left were perfect.. we simply can't say enough! THANK YOU for a memorable family vacation. We will probably be back.. see you then!!

The property is just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. You are in a cul-de-sac and the house backs up to water, so it gives you plenty of breathing room. You don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked at the house for breakfasts and dinners. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was stocked with plenty of water in all the fridges as well as snacks and even a salad and muffins for us. They went out of the way to make us feel at home. The house was not super close to Disney or Universal but we knew that when we booked. We didn't mind the 30 to 45 min drive, depending on traffic. because it was less hectic by the house. We took a day off from the parks and because it was not super close to them, we were able to relax and enjoy the pool in a quiet neighborhood. Walmart and other stores are close by. We loved that the house came with a playpen, high chair and stroller. We definitely utilized all 3 of them. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay here again if we return.

Extremely good value and spacious for the 6 of us, allowing most of have a bedroom of our own. Quiet location and close to all major attractions. The welcome pack of snacks, cakes, cereals and large supplies of bottle water was a very pleasant surprise.

The house felt like home immediately. The host was great at anticipating needs with thoughtful touches all around. The host was responsive and helpful anytime I reached out during our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Away with my boys

Took a week to get together with my sons. We had a great time, a great place to stay and everything was great except the weather. But go figure, right. Thank you to both the owner Julianne and Robert for making/keeping everything so nice and inviting.

Host left water, snacks, sodas to enjoy. There was plastic silverware and plates. Lots of appliances and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the pots and pans could use updating and some of the appliances you can see the abuse making them unusable for our stay. Maybe consider another hot water heater. Difficult to take a bath after all the showers and still have hot water.

We had such a great stay at this home! The owner’s provided the essential items such as coffee, complimentary snacks for the kids, toiletries, etc. We have stayed at another home in the area that was very restrictive, only allowing us to use 3 garbage bags so we were pleasantly surprised when this home provided everything we needed for our stay. We will likely book our next trip to Florida around the availability of this home!
