Kimothoe Villa is nestled within a charming villa complex situated in the picturesque Livadia village. Step inside to discover a spacious open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent, a cozy dining area beckons for shared meals and memorable conversations, while the comfortable living room offers modern amenities including a 32” smart TV, air conditioning, and WiFi, ensuring entertainment and comfort for all guests.

Accommodating up to 9 people, the villa boasts four bedrooms designed for maximum comfort. On the ground floor, you`ll find a bedroom with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with its own ensuite. Ascend to the first floor to discover two additional bedrooms, both featuring double beds and ensuite bathrooms. A baby cot is available upon request, ensuring families with little ones feel right at home. For added convenience, guests have access to a washer and iron for exclusive use, while an additional folding bed offers flexibility for accommodating extra guests.

Step outside to the outdoor area, where a large 14x3.5m pool awaits. Bask in the warm Mediterranean sun as you relax poolside or take refreshing dips at your leisure. Kimothoe villa is located at the south west part of Chania prefecture near the village of Livadia.

The nearest beach is only 950 meters away, while the nearest sandy beach, Stomio beach, is only a 10-minute drive. One of the most famous beaches, Elafonissi, is only 20 minutes away. It’s like paradise on earth and has a wonderful beach with pink coral sand and crystalline waters. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It will make your vacation stay unforgettable.

The village tavern is within walking distance from the villa, while there are several others 10-20 minutes away.

Located not far from the villa, the Agia Irini Gorge is a popular hiking destination. It offers a less crowded alternative to the more famous yet further away from the villa Samaria Gorge, with equally stunning natural beauty.

Other sites you may enjoy, include Paleochora village, Agia Sofia Cave, Kedrodasos Beach, Monastery of Chrysoskalitissa and many others.

A car is recommended for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.
