Indoor facilities
The complex spans two floors and includes a total of six bedrooms. These two villas are ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holidays together, while still maintaining their own space and privacy.

The villa features three bedrooms—two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. All beds can be converted into singles, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

The villa include an additional full bathroom on the ground floor for added convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch smart flat-screen TV, a personal safe, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable and secure stay.


Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by spacious open-plan layouts on the ground floor, each designed for both style and comfort. Every villa features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a refined dining area, and a cozy living room with a large smart flat-screen TV offering streaming services. On this level, you'll also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 12 and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them. The advertisement is only for two of the newly built villas that's why the name is ‘’Brand New Nusa Retreat ’’.

Heated pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at NO extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 24-25°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Services included in the rental cost:
• Pool and garden maintenance
• Linens and towels (pool and bath) are provided
• Cleaning service (For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service with a change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and towels every 4 days.)
• Baby equipment (baby cot and high chair upon request)
