"This was a great place for our family of 8 to stay while visiting the historic sites in Kirtland. It was clean and cozy and very convenient. We really appreciated the thought put into providing everything we needed while there. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and plenty of towels. "Our host Molly, was communicative and helpful. She made us feel welcome by leaving us some farm fresh eggs and a zucchini bread to get our next morning off to a good start.The home was very clean and lovingly restored.I gave our stay a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortble. We thought maybe it was our 60 plus bodies but my 30 something daughter felt the same way. "

"The property is just a block from the lakefront and makes it so easy to enjoy the beach area. Fairport Harbor is a quaint little town with many great places to visit...all within walking distance of this property. We even took advantage of a Friday night festival in the park. The room was very clean and parking was easy. The mattress could use replacing but we thought enough of this place to come back for a second time."
