"Rick’s place is great! Highly recommend it! Very cozy, u love that there were fans inside as well, patios were awesome with the view, had access to kayaking, bike riding, and swimming in the lake. Walkable restaurants and a couple breweries around. Rick was also so sweet and accommodating with us. He responded fast. If I’m back in the area, I’d 100% stay here again. "

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at Valley View Villa. The house was spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! We had a great time swimming in the large indoor pool and enjoying the theater area. We 4 kids ages 13 yrs to 1 yr as well as 7 adults and 3 larger dogs - and there was space and activities for everyone. Our host, Rachel, was also very responsive. We had an amazing time making a lot of fantastic memories together. "

"Loved the pool and fishing in the big pond.Communications with host were excellent.I would not characterize the loft as a true bedroom although in some situations having a bed there would work. I would advertise the house as 4 bedrooms and a loft.The kitchen was very well equipped.We loved our stay. The property is beautiful!"
