"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"It’s a pleasant hotel. It’s a bit expensive and if you want to use the gym or pool they charge you extra. Also they couldn’t provide access to a microwave. Still, the room was lovely and quite big. Very clean also."

Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"Not great"

"Charming National Trust Queen Anne House now hotel. Excellent service, good food and magnificent garden. Rooms pretty decent and deserving of 4 stars. Very pleasant two day stay."
