"Access worked well via code communicated via email. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Small bathroom with nice rainfall shower. Location was ideal sitting at the bottom of Steep Hill between shops and historic Lincoln (castle/cathedral). "

There were, however, a few flaws which would be worth mentioning considering it is not a cheap hotel.
