"Not sure what the negative reviews are about. We booked knowing it was in the city centre, so even if it had been noisy (which it wasn’t — even on a Saturday), we would’ve expected that. The location is ideal: central and convenient, exactly what we were after. The room was clean and just as shown in the photos — nothing more, nothing less. You know exactly what you're getting, and for us, it did the job perfectly."

"Laburnum Cottage is in an ideal location for exploring Bedale and all that North Yorkshire has to offer. Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely garden, and really just everything you need to enjoy a pleasant break. Communication with Terry, the host, is excellent, so no issues there. Second visit to the cottage and would recommend. We will definitely return."

"My husband and I stayed at the lovely cottage in Grassington. It was just ideal for us. We really did not use the kitchen much as there were so many nice options for breakfast and lunch in town. Everything was easy walking distance including access to lovely hiking trails just a short wander not far from the unit’s front door. Everything was very comfortable & immaculate. Would definitely return. "

"We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again."

"This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return."

"We loved our stay at Dockenbush Cottage. It was located on a rural property making for a peaceful,relaxing stay. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Graham also included a welcome pack which was much appreciated. "Could not fault the communication or the property. Absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need for an exceptional stay. A special shout out to the hosts, during our stay sadly my sister died back at home and the care , compassion and help that the hosts showed I will remember for ever. They even brought flowers for me. We did leave to head back home so didn't check out local area at all. But highly, highly recommended. "

"A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep)."

"Não posso falar muito pois fiquei só uma noite e já saí antes do café da manhã. O hotel fica longe da cidade, mas é junto de lugares para se alimentar e posto de combustível, achei um bom hotel, atendentes foram simpáticos, recomendo."
