It offers a large living space with high quality equipment - 50 inch TV, DVD player, music system, game console, electric fireplace, leather sofa and relaxing armchair.

In the adjacent fully equipped kitchen you will find everything for the realization of your own cooking ideas.

On the lower floor you will find a large bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms (1 of them air conditioned) and another bathroom.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands.
On the non-visible terrace is a barbecue for cozy evenings available. From the terrace you enter the sauna, where you can always relax undisturbed.

In a few minutes you can reach Ibra Lake, where you can swim and fish. In the summer you can also use water ski equipment.

A few minutes walk from the house there is a spa hotel, where you as a guest get something for body and soul: swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, various sports.
