Houseboat 'Schwanennest' on the Lake with Terrace & Wi-Fi

The houseboat 'Schwanennest' is located on the lake in Kirchberg an der Raab. The location offers many opportunities for walking or relaxing in nature and water sports.

The cosy 19 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as air conditioning.

Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.

The boat also boasts a private covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening.

Kirchberg, the village on the edge of which our houseboat is located, is a lively place that has a lot to offer guests: several good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and hairdressers as well as sports, wellness and much more. Styria has developed into a real jewel with many great excursion destinations in the last decades. Here you can practice a wide variety of sports, experience cultural highlights, indulge in culinary delights, visit interesting production companies, explore Graz or go on impressive nature walks.

Our houseboat is situated on a small lake, in the middle of a lake landscape that is home to a fish farm. Our guests live in the middle of nature, directly on the water, where they can watch various water birds, listen to the singing of the frogs or go for a swim.

A parking space is available on the property.

1 pet is allowed for an extra fee.

Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.

No smoking.

Check-in between 15:00-20:00, check-out is at 10:00.

Our services include: a breakfast starter package for the first morning on board, fresh baked goods of your choice every day (except Sundays) and free entry to the nearby outdoor swimming pool.

A canoe, hammocks and a stand up paddle board can be provided provided.
