This property is only a 5 minute walk to Merry Beach and a local restaurant with bar.



Upstairs entails a newly renovated kitchen/dining/living area. Both bedrooms, laundry, and bathroom downstairs and a sitting room to relax and enjoy the scenery.



The property is a 10 minute drive to the Bawley Point shops with cafes, IGA, takeaways, bottle shop and chemist etc.
